You can cancel your order within one hour from placing order.

Return Policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Product damage while receive and Manufacturing Defects only shall be eligible for return. Improper handling of product, intentionally damage, damage by human error or by any incident and/or product damaged by overruled of best practice of use of user manual and rest of all other reason is not eligible for return.

We require a receipt or proof of purchase, proof of product receive with date mentioned on it to comply your return. Return can be claimed within 24 hours from the date and time of receiving the product.

It is your sole responsibility to intimate us by call or mail whichever is possible at earliest to eligible for return.

Once your return application acknowledge by our team, keep the product ready in original packaging with proper extra packaging if needed to eliminate further damage during return transportation.

To return your product, you should mail your product to address given to you in acknowledged response mail.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. You must have to use the same level of shipping service what we are using for proper product handling and to track the status. we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or partial refund.

The actual shipping and shipping related expenses of two sides will be deducted automatically from your total refund value.

We only replace or refurbish or repair items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@tupik.in and follow further instruction

Refund Policy

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 to 10 working days.

In case of late or missing refund you may follow the steps listed below.
- First check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Again contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted
